I am Zhang Huasong (张华嵩), known as Lao Zhang, based in Weihai, China. China Eyes by KAOPUG is my service brand. The operating company is Weihai Guangrun International Logistics Co., Ltd. (威海广润国际物流有限公司).
I have nearly 30 years of business and trading experience across construction materials, textiles, imported food and cosmetics, engines, machinery, and industrial equipment. I have dealt with factories, warehouses, logistics, and the problems that come up when an order moves from paper into production.
What I Do in China
When you cannot be here, I can go to the factory, warehouse, testing site, or loading location for an agreed task. That may mean checking whether production has started, following up on a delay, documenting a factory test, comparing goods with your order before final payment, or watching what goes into a container.
I separate what I can see and verify from what the supplier tells me. If access is refused or something cannot be confirmed, I report that too. The point is to give you usable evidence while there is still time to act.
Working With Buyers and Partners
Buyers can ask me to handle one clear job. I also work behind overseas trade fair organizers, sourcing companies, consultants, and project teams. You keep your client relationship and commercial decisions; I do the agreed work in China and report through the channel we set together. See how the partner arrangement works.
Before I start, we agree on the location, the points to check, access, timing, what evidence you need, and my fee. If your engineer needs to join a test by video, I can follow their checklist and show them what is happening on site.
Clear Limits
A site visit cannot guarantee a supplier’s future behavior or reveal hidden product defects. Specialist engineering judgments, laboratory testing, certification, and legal or regulatory work require qualified people. I will tell you where that support is needed before accepting the task.
Start With One Task
Tell me the city, supplier or project, order stage, deadline, and what you need checked or done. I will tell you what I can realistically take on and the expected cost.
