What I Can Check in China
Finding names online is easy. Knowing what is really happening at a factory is harder.
Documents and video calls help, but they cannot always show whether production has started, the right equipment is being tested, or the goods are ready before payment. For those decisions, someone needs to go there.
That is the work I take on in China.
I can visit the location, check the visible operation and order status against your documents, and report what I can verify before you make the next payment or shipping decision.
Supplier and Factory Verification
I visit the stated location, check the visible facilities and activity, and compare what I find with what the supplier has presented.
I separate the supplier’s explanation from what I can observe and document.
Production Follow-Up
A production schedule in a message is not the same as real progress on the factory floor.
I check visible production progress, record delays or missing parts, and follow up on agreed actions.
If the factory says the order is nearly finished, I check what is actually complete.
Pre-Payment and Pre-Shipment Verification
Once the balance is paid and the goods leave the factory, your ability to make the supplier correct a problem becomes much weaker.
Before that point, I can compare visible goods and records with your agreed checklist, including quantities, major components, packing, test records, and open issues.
The aim is to spot issues before you decide to pay or release the goods.
FAT and Testing Support
For machinery and production-line projects, I can attend factory acceptance testing under the buyer’s agreed procedure.
I can confirm the equipment identity, record the test and visible readings, and relay questions or differences to your engineer while the test is happening.
Your engineer sets the technical acceptance criteria. I document what happens on site and flag any missing test or difference for their review.
Loading and Container Checks
A completed product can still be packed incorrectly, loaded with missing parts, or shipped without the accessories and documents needed for installation.
I can compare the packing list with visible goods, record quantities and identification marks, and document loading before the container is closed.
On-the-Ground Problem Solving
Some problems do not fit into a standard inspection checklist.
A supplier may stop responding. Production may be delayed. A critical component may be missing. A shipment may be held up. Equipment may need local coordination, testing, repair support, or after-sales follow-up in China.
Tell me the actual problem. I can visit the site, speak with the people involved, and report what I find and what action is possible.
