The process starts with one clear question: What needs to be verified, completed, or solved on the ground?
Tell Me the Actual Situation
Send me the supplier or factory name, location, order stage, relevant documents, and the specific point you need checked.
Do not spend time preparing a polished report. Tell me what is happening, what the supplier has said, what you are unsure about, and what decision depends on the result.
Useful information may include quotations, contracts, specifications, production schedules, packing lists, test requirements, photographs, messages, or previous inspection reports.
We Agree on the Task
Before accepting the assignment, I clarify:
• What must be physically verified or completed.
• Which location and people are involved.
• What evidence the client expects.
• Whether technical specialists or testing equipment are required.
• The expected timing, travel cost, third-party cost, and service fee.
• What KAOPUG can confirm and what remains outside the agreed scope.
This prevents a general request such as “check the factory” from becoming an unclear inspection with no useful conclusion.
I Prepare for the Site Visit
I review the information you provide and identify the points that require confirmation on site.
For machinery or production projects, this may include model numbers, major components, performance requirements, production stages, FAT items, packing details, or the conditions that must be met before payment.
Where necessary, I coordinate the visit with the supplier, factory, warehouse, engineer, technician, or testing organization.
I Do the Agreed Work in China
I go to the agreed location and carry out the defined task.
Depending on the assignment, this may involve:
• Verifying a supplier or production address.
• Confirming whether production has started.
• Checking actual production progress.
• Supporting FAT or other agreed testing.
• Comparing major components or quantities with the client’s documents.
• Checking goods and packing before final payment.
• Recording loading and container closure.
• Investigating delays, missing parts, quality problems, or communication failures.
• Coordinating local technical or after-sales follow-up.
I focus on the points that affect your decision, payment control, shipment, installation, or ability to require corrective action.
I Separate Facts From Statements
A supplier’s explanation is recorded as a supplier statement.
I report my on-site observations and records separately from supplier statements. Specialist test results are identified by their source.
If I cannot verify something, I say so clearly.
If the factory restricts access, refuses a test, changes the agreed arrangement, or prevents evidence from being collected, that fact is also reported.
You Receive the Findings and Evidence
You receive a clear record of:
• What was checked.
• What was found.
• What evidence was collected.
• What was completed.
• What remains unresolved.
• What action is required next.
For urgent problems, I report important findings as soon as I find them instead of waiting until the entire visit is finished.
This gives the buyer time to act while payment, shipment, or supplier cooperation may still provide leverage.
I Follow Up on Agreed Corrections
Finding a problem is not always the end of the assignment.
If requested, I can follow the supplier’s corrective action, return at an agreed production stage, verify replacement parts, support a repeat test, or confirm whether the problem has actually been resolved.
I confirm the scope and cost of any additional work with you before proceeding.
